These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the NextGenCrew website https://www.nextgencrew.co.uk/ and to enquiries and services provided by NextGenCrew Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or request services through it.

2) Our services

We provide staffing and crew services including porters, kitchen porters, event staff, and general event crew (the "Services"). Service details, dates, times, rates, and requirements will be agreed with you in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) before any booking is confirmed.

3) Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry via the website does not guarantee availability.

A booking is only confirmed once we provide written confirmation and any required deposit/prepayment (if applicable) is received.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate (shift location, start/end times, duties, PPE requirements, access instructions, etc.).

4) Rates, invoices, and payment

Rates will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest and reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law.

You must notify us of any invoice query within 5 working days of receiving it.

5) Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change a booking, you should notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, may vary depending on the booking and will be agreed directly with you where applicable.

6) Your responsibilities (site/client conditions)

You agree to:

• provide a safe working environment and comply with relevant health & safety laws
• provide clear instructions and supervision where needed
• ensure suitable facilities are available (e.g., breaks, welfare access) where required by law
• inform us of any hazards, security requirements, or special conditions in advance

You must not request any worker to perform illegal or unsafe tasks.

7) Worker conduct and suitability

We take reasonable steps to select suitable workers for each booking. However:

• workers remain individuals and may have different working styles
• you must raise any performance/behaviour issues as soon as possible during the shift so we can attempt to resolve them

Where appropriate, we may replace a worker, but we cannot guarantee immediate replacement in all cases.

8) Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, transport disruption, venue issues, emergencies).

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9) Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared between us for providing Services should be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering the booking.

10) Data protection

We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

11) Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce harmful material. All website content (branding, images, text) belongs to NextGenCrew or its licensors and must not be reused commercially without permission.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
